Kasus Teman yang menghabisi nyawa temannya sebab pesanan bedak tak kunjung tiba ini berbuntut panjang.
Siswi berjulukan VS (16) bernasib nahas , ia dihabisi secara brutal oleh temannya sendiri sehabis cekcok.
Pelaku berjulukan Nadia Fegi Madona (18). Ia dijerat dengan pasal Pasal 80 ayat 3 UU Perlindungan Anak kepada Nadia. Pasal itu mengatur perihal tindak penganiayaan kepada anak yang menyebabkan kematian.
Ancaman eksekusi dari pasal ini yakni paling usang 15 tahun penjara dan/atau denda paling banyak Rp 3 miliar.
Dalam penyelidikan polisi , Kasatreskrim Polres Malang AKP Azi Pratas Guspitu jikalau penganiayaan itu hanya dilakukan oleh Nadia seorang diri.
"Berdasarkan keterangan pelaku dan yang kami kumpulkan dari saksi , korban ini hanya pergi berdua sama pelaku. Naik motor pelaku ," ujar Azi yang dihubungi Surya , Sabtu (30/12/2017).
Azi menjelaskan , Nadia ditangkap beberapa jam sehabis badan Vs ditemukan bersimbah darah.
Dalam keterangannya , Nadia mengaku pergi bersama Vs , berboncengan naik sepeda motornya di hari itu.
Penganiayaan itu , kata Azi , bermula dari kemarahan Vs kepada Nadia. Cerita ini didapatkan polisi dari ratifikasi Nadia.
Vs membeli bedak secara online melalui Nadia seharga Rp 110 ribu. Rupanya Vs murka sebab mendapati bedak yang dibelinya basi dan tidak sesuai promosi.
"Korban murka kepada pelaku. Bilangnya produknya buruk , basi dan sebagainya. Terus yang ngajak ke TKP itu juga korban.
Terus pelaku ini ngaku ditodong pisau duluan oleh korban. Pelaku menangkis sehingga pisau terlempar dan korban juga sempat melempar pelaku menggunakan kerikil ," ujar Azi.
Dalam perkelahian itulah , kata Azi , pelaku mengambil pisau yang terlempar dan menyabetkannya ke leher Vs.
Luka sabet dua kali di leher itulah menciptakan luka parah hingga risikonya Vs meninggal dunia dalam perjalanan ke RSUD Kanjuruhan Kabupaten Malang.
Ketika disinggung apakah ada unsur perencanaan dalam insiden itu , Azi mengaku masih mendalaminya juga.
"Apakah ada unsur perencanaan dan kesengajaan itu juga masih kami dalami. Tetapi pelaku melakukannya seorang diri ," tegas Azi.
Sementara barang bukti yang disita polisi yakni satu unit sepeda motor Honda Beat warna hitam , uang sebesar Rp. 114.000 , sebuah ponsel , sebuah jas hujan , BH , termos , helm , juga obat dan kapas.

Korban ditemukan di hutan pantai Ngliyep atau 500 meter dari pintu masuk obyek wisata Pantai Ngliyep desa Kedungsalam , Kecamatan Donomulyo Kabupaten Malang.
Dia ditemukan dalam kondisi terluka parah dan sempat menjalani perawatan di RS Kanjuruhan Kepanjen Malang , Jumat (29/12) siang.
Wah tampaknya semakin heboh , agar temukan titik terang.
